The ambition to build a company started at the tender age of 5. Marcel started passing tools to his dad in a woodworking shop which ignited a passion for building things. Being a passionate young man, he picked up the knowledge rather quickly. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, marcel quickly began to run the crew. Since then, he has been using his knowledge for the creation of business opportunities. He is humble enough to enter the project site with an open mind, leaving his ego at the door while being eager to learn any new skill.
